Intake Process
Our intake process is the first step in getting to know your family and understanding your needs. During this process, we’ll gather important information through a brief phone consultation and intake forms. This helps us tailor our services to your child’s goals and ensure we’re the right fit. Our team will guide you through each step, from initial contact to scheduling services, making the process as smooth and supportive as possible.
Our Process
1. Initial Contact
To begin the intake process, please email us expressing your interest in ABA services. Once we receive your message, we’ll send you a brief interview questionnaire to gather important background information about your child. This helps us understand your needs and begin the process of verifying insurance coverage.
2. Collection of Documentation
Click the link below to set up your profile in our secure Parent Portal. Once your account is created, simply follow the guided steps to complete your information, upload any necessary documents, and begin the intake paperwork. This portal will also serve as your ongoing hub for communication and updates throughout your child’s services.
3. ABA Assessment
Once your intake forms are complete, we’ll schedule an in-person assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). During this assessment, the BCBA will observe your child, gather information from caregivers, and use standardized tools to identify strengths, skill gaps, and areas of need. The results will guide the development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique goals and challenges.
