Cancellation Policy

At WindWatch Behavioral Services, we strive to provide flexible, high-quality ABA support through our 1-hour classes. To ensure a smooth experience for all families, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: Booking • All 1-hour classes must be booked in advance through our website. • Bookings are confirmed via email once payment (if applicable) is received. • Space is limited; we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class time. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. • To cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly. No-Shows • If you do not attend your scheduled class and no cancellation notice is given, the class will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Exceptions • We understand emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unexpected events, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion. Provider Cancellations • If we need to cancel a class due to staff availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer a rescheduled time or full refund.
